This report discusses the threats and opportunities that confront the parks along the Schuylkill River between the Art Museum and the bridge at East Falls. It identifies and prioritizes specific projects which would protect, improve and promote the River Drive Parks for future generations. It provides recommendations to enhance user amenities, access, circulation and parking, landscaping, and park visibility.
